The children in Cedar class have been learning all about minibeasts. We have cared for our own caterpillars and watched them grow and change into chrysalides and then hatch out into beautiful butterflies. The children enjoyed setting the butterflies free and watching them fly off into the sky.
As as the children have been observing these changes they have been preparing themselves for their next step in their school journey. They have likened themselves to the caterpillars which are now beautiful butterflies. Cedar class are now ready to fly into year one.
