This week, we have been thinking about how we can show patience to others and ourselves. We have been challenging ourselves to think of times when we have been frustrated, and how we can make it through tricky times by showing patience. We have also reflected on all of our amazing skills and talents, and what makes us the incredible people we are. Every one of us has something that we are passionate about or talented in, and sometimes we just have to show a little patience with ourselves to let that shine through.
