Mental Health Awareness Week

During this current climate, it is extremely important to look after ourselves including our bodies and our minds. 

Next week, it is Children's Mental Health week. 

The importance of taking time and understanding our worries and concerns is fundamental and we all must ensure we are safe and well both physically and mentally not only during this week but all of the time.

I have attached many activities to support you and your children. These are simple activities from mindful colouring, breathing exercises and short activities to recognise your strengths as well as many more.
