Mindfulness 

Children of all ages can benefit from mindfulness, the simple practice of bringing a gentle, accepting attitude to the present moment. It can help parents and caregivers, too, by promoting happiness and relieving stress.

There are many ways to combat worries, stress and relax your mind and body. 

Below, I have added some simple links to bring mindfulness into your home. These range from basic children's meditation to breathing exercises.
