This week, in Maple Class, we have been 'Living life in all it’s Fullness.' We have begun our new learning based on the book 'A Tadpole’s Promise.' We have been thinking about the emotions of the characters and making predictions about what we think will happen in the story. We are working very hard on our handwriting and we have even had some handwriting superstars! This work has led on from our non fiction writing last week where we were learning about the life cycles of tadpoles and caterpillars. We have also been thinking about Lent and we are able to say a did you know with what we have learned, such as, did you know giving up something you like reminds Christians of when Jesus spent forty days in the desert? Did you know Ash Wednesday is the day after Pancake Day? Keep up the fantastic effort Maple Class!
