What a fantastic day we had at Bishops Wood!
The children had a wonderful time exploring the woods and taking part in a range of activities linked to traditional tales. They enjoyed making their own Gingerbread Men, building a bridge for the Three Billy Goats Gruff and creating porridge for Goldilocks.
The children were busy using natural materials to make a variety of creations. They learned how to carry sticks safely and worked together to build and create using resources they found in the woods.
We also had great fun acting out the story of The Three Little Pigs, building houses from straw, sticks and bricks before retelling the story with our friends.
