As always, we have enjoyed reading at school. We have been quite creative and have read in the sensory room, outside during playtimes and even in the snow! The children have chosen books for us to read to them and have listened as a group and interacted with the stories by pointing to pictures, helping to turn the pages and making animal sounds. Individual readers have shown their Supersonic phonic knowledge by sounding out words and remembering the tricky words.
