Brown bear, brown bear what do you see?
The children in Cedar class have worked exceptionally hard this week learning new sounds, tricky words and a story off by heart!
We are incredibly proud of each and every one of them. It's hard to believe we are only half way through the first half term.
The children have been developing their awareness of rhyme and initial sounds. They have been busy preparing for a special assembly next week. They have come up with their own poems based on the text Brown Bear, Bown Bear.
The children also completed their own busy bee challenge by completing an independent piece of writing. They are beginning to write initial sounds in words and spell tricky words. We were very impressed.
We were blown away when Cedar Class performed Brown Bear Brown a Bear complete with actions and singing. Watch this space for the uploaded video.
