This week the children really enjoyed learning about the Chinese New Year. In particular we looked at the Dragon Dance. In China they are seen as friendly creatures who bring good luck. They decorated the head and tail with lots of colour and some sparkle, then we used colourful material for the body. They had so much fun dancing around to the music.
