Nursery really enjoy their numbers and have been busy enjoying lots of maths activities again this week!
They have liked using the large numicon shapes outside, counting bears, going on a number hunt around the class, using the interactive white board games, and tracing around shapes. We even managed to sneak some counting in when decorating the Nursery Christmas tree together by counting all the baubles! :o)
We have also been singing lots of number songs and continue our daily counting in the environment such as at line up time for outside play and how many children we have in Nursery today.
