Due to the warm weather and hot temperatures in school in the afternoon we will close to ALL pupils at 1pm on Wednesday and Thursday. Children are able to wear their PE kit everyday this week.
Gentleness is one of our school’s values. We often talk about gentleness in the nursery, as it links nicely to our other school value of kindness. We have spent some time thinking and discussing how we can be kind and gentle to our friends at school. The children found insects this week while playing outside, and we discussed looking at them with our eyes but being gentle with them. The children have had a busy week, including exploring two-colour patterns and creating wonderful music with instruments on the stage we set up outside.
