Following our visit to church last week we reflected on this during RE. Some of the children had the opportunity to light a candle and give a prayer of thanks. So during our reflection I asked the children to think about what or who they may be thankful for. The children then drew this inside a candle as their prayer of thanks. The children are really beginning to recognise those people around them both in school and at home and what they do for them.
I have also shared a wonderful video from last week when the children played 'Twinkle Twinkle Little Star' with the bells in church.
