Happy New Year and welcome back to school! We have already had a busy few days learning! In maths we've been remembering number bonds to 10 and using these to calculate number bonds to 20. In writing, we've been revisiting some of the Year 2 grammar skills so that we can remember how and when to use them in this half term's writing tasks. In big book, we've been enjoying Ganesha Goes Green by Lakshmi Thamizhmani and using our skill of visualisation. We've also begun to learn about our new courageous advocate... Greta Thunberg! What an amazing start to the year we're having!
