This week in Cedar Class the children have been learning all about our Christian value of patience. They enjoyed watching the story of Joseph, which Maple Class acted out, it led to a discussion on what patience is.
We decided that patience is not just about waiting, it’s how we behave as we wait.
The children have tried really hard with being patient this week. They have sat beautifully and waited for their turn on the computer, they have waited to complete an activity and found something else to do whilst they were waiting. They have also shown patience with each other as they have shared resources and worked together to make bigger models. During learning time their patience was tested when they found things a bit tricky but they didn’t give up.
Well done Cedar Class you are learning to live by our values and understand how important they are.
