Healthy Willow class

This week we have been learning about keeping healthy. We have been thinking about different ways of looking after our bodies including having a healthy diet, keeping clean, exercising and keeping a healthy, happy mind. We have talked about eating a balanced diet and have shared healthy drinks and snacks. We made our own fruit smoothie and wrote instructions for our friends. We have made graphs to show our favourite fruits and learnt a new song to remind us about eating 5 portions of fruit and veg everyday. We have been doing different exercises and been thinking about how our bodies change when we exercise.
