Hello Cedar Class,
I hope you are all well and keeping busy at home. I am missing you all very much but I know that we are helping to keep everyone safe by staying at home.
You will receive a phone call from me on either Tuesday or Wednesday next week. I cannot wait to speak to you and find out what you have all been up to, I am so excited!
Miss Tullett and I have put together a Home Learning pack with lots of fabulous activities for you to complete. I will email your parents with the tasks. You can also access the tasks on our class page on the school website.
There are lots of different tasks and challenges and links to games. You will be pleased to see your favourite phonics games, see if you can improve on your scores and times and tell me about them when I speak with you. You also have access to some online reading books this is because we cannot change your reading books each week like you're used to. There are some lovely books on the Oxford Owl Website and its free to sign up. I have included the link in your pack.
I have made you a home learning star card. Each time you complete an activity you can reward yourself with a star. I cannot wait to see how many stars you earn and hear all about your home learning.
You will also have challenges on Purple Mash. I loved looking at all of your wonderful work, well done!
