Nursery really enjoy their numbers and have been busy enjoying lots of maths activities again this week.
They have been comparing quantities of animals and Lego bricks using language ‘more than’, ‘fewer than. We even managed to sneak some counting in when decorating the Nursery Christmas tree together by counting all the baubles!
We have also started our book advent calendar. Each day a child will be chosen to open a door on the advent calendar and take home the book inside. Please rest assured that all the nursery children will have an opportunity to open the advent calendar and receive a book.
