As part of the Expressive Arts and Design area of learning we have been having lots of fun expressing ourselves in different ways. Having the opportunity to be creative has impacted the children’s development of their artistic skills and cultural awareness. The children have loved experimenting with different types of media. They have also enjoyed engaging with other areas of the Arts including performing, dancing and singing. We strive to include the Arts into our curriculum, as it supports their imagination and creativity. We also make sure their environment is rich with different media and materials, so they always have access to explore.
