This week in Fir, we have been concentrating on our ability to add and subtract numbers as well as our number recognition.
We have had great fun remembering those important mathematical symbols, discussing what they mean and using them within a number sentence. We have used all kinds of things to solve each of our problems too including number lines, counters and hundred squares. We have even been solving worded number problems.
