Our question this week was, "What is body percussion?" We learned that body percussion is using different parts of our bodies to make music. Have you ever stopped to think how may sounds you can make with your body? You can clap, snap, tap and stomp. The children enjoyed trying to keep in time using their hands and feet. They then chose musical instruments to play as a group. We listened to Suzuki violin pieces and some children were really keen to try and play the violin themselves. Well done to all our musicians living in all its fullness.
