Nursery have been busy counting fishes! We have been using the fish to learn number names and have been singing 1,2,3,4,5 once I caught a fish alive using our fingers to represent the fishes and recite number names in sequence. We have also been counting in the environment such as at line up time for outside play and dinnertime and how many children we have in Nursery today.
