This week in Fir Class we have been practicing our oracy skills through drama. We loved acting out the story of 'Croc and Chick' which is our new story in English. We got into character and retold some of the key parts of the story with expressions and used our body language to show how the characters felt at different part of the story. We ended the session by 'hotseating' - children took it in turns to come and sit at the front and pretend to be the character. The children then asked some questions to them and they answered in character. This session really did celebrate 'Life in all its Fullness'.
