During RE this week the children in Cedar class learned that our school is a church school and very special place to be.
They learned that that they are part of the Cedar Class family, which is part of the Holly Hill family, which is part of the Church family.
The children recognised the importance of our school uniform and how it makes them feel. They are happy and proud to belong to Holly Hill. Although we are are all different, we all belong.
The children looked for signs and symbols that show we are a Church school.
They found the following;
The Cross
Our Dove, the dove of peace
God’s special book, the Bible
Our school prayer
Our Christian Values
