Due to the warm weather and hot temperatures in school in the afternoon we will close to ALL pupils at 1pm on Wednesday and Thursday. Children are able to wear their PE kit everyday this week.
Myself and Mrs Hood are so proud of all the progress the children have made with their phonics! This week they have been working hard in their lessons and have enjoyed playing some fun phonics activities. We practice writing simple captions everyday encouraging the children to use their sounds and to do it independently. The children have really impressed us with their reading this week and it is is beautiful to see. Just a reminder to keep reading at home as it makes such a difference.
