The children are at different stages of their Supersonic Phonics journey. Some of us have learned all the single sounds, digraphs and some trigraphs. We practise all the sounds and play phonics games daily so they become embedded into the children's long-term memories. Our focus in phonics is being able to hear each sound in a word and write the letters down to match. We also build words using our phonic knowledge from pictures and we can sort pictures by their beginning sounds. These skills are really helping our reading to develop. Well done Blossom for living life in all its fullness.
