As Halloween approaches, we have been doing some spooky pieces of writing. We imagined visiting a haunted house and used our senses to think about what we might see, hear, smell, taste and feel if we were really there. We used these ideas to write some setting descriptions. The children have tried to add lots of detail and worked tried hard to organise their writing. Read them if you dare! We will use these ideas next week to help us write some spooky stories. 🎃👻🎃
