Showing kindness in Cedar
This week the children have been thinking about all of the different ways we can show kindness through our actions and in our words.
Kindness is:
Listening Playing
Helping Caring
Sharing Loving
Taking turns Respecting
All of the children have shown kindness in many ways this week.
Our Kindness awards go to Alaia and Harryson this week.
Alaia shows kindness everyday, she is kind to everybody in Cedar class, she deserves a kindness award for sharing baby Annabelle with her friends and taking turns. Well done Alaia!
Baby Annabelle was a special visitor to Cedar class this week. She shared a special Christian celebration with us, the children enjoyed baptising her and welcoming her into God’s family. Annabelle is forty years old and belongs to Mrs McCabe. When playing with her, the children demonstrated so many of our values; kindness, gentleness, respect, love, joy and friendship.
Harryson also shows kindness everyday, he deserves a kindness award for helping his friends and teachers, for always tidying up and taking turns with his friends. Well done Harryson!
