This week, we have been living life in all its fullness with an amazing trip to the Thinktank!
We were so excited to be able to explore all our different science topics in more detail and learn more about them.
We began in the Science Garden, where we explored forces with water and other fun games. We especially loved the water cannon and hamster wheel!
After lunch we saw a planetarium show, where we learned lots about different constellations in the night sky and got an up-close look at the different planets in our galaxy.
Next, we got to play in Mini-Brum! We absolutely loved the yellow slide, as well as exploring kitchens, hairdressers, doctors, a race track and construction.
We then went to We Made It, where we explored different machines and materials - we loved looking at how different things are made and what they are made from. We also got to explore some different engineering processes and look at engines.
Finally, we looked at Our Changing Planet, where we saw different animals, learned more about the damages of single-use plastic, and inspected how the human body works in great detail.
We had an amazing time and showed all of our values, especially joy, patience and gentleness. We loved this opportunity to be curious and learn more about ourselves, the world around us, and the universe!
