We have been very happy to come back to school and see our friends and teachers. We have been thinking about our value of the week, Thankfulness, and how we can show it. We have written a prayer as a class and thought about what we are thankful for in the world.
“Dear kind God,
Thank you for funny animals that bring us joy.
Thank you for green trees and plants that help us breathe.
Thank you for water to drink.
Thank you for giving us things we need.
Amen.”
We were very thankful to Miss Phipps, who showed us different musical instruments today. We loved exploring them!
