This week in Fir, we have been very happy to come back to school!
We have thought about our Christmas break and what we are thankful for.
In our writing, we have described our favourite gift using adjectives. In maths, we have remembered halving and have started to learn about quarters. We really enjoyed exploring new things this week as we begin new topics - we are especially excited about our puppets topic in DT, where we have explored different puppets so far and will be making our own in the future!
Reading folders need to be in school each day, and reading books are changed each Friday.
Spelling tests will resume next week, along with clubs. Please ensure that PE kits are in school and we have what we need for our clubs!
