It has been lovely seeing all the children back at school this week. As we enter the summer term our new topic is ' we are living in an amazing world'. The children will be focusing on the following big questions:
- What lives in a pond?
- What do plants need to grow?
- Can all animals be pets?
In R.E our big questions are:
- Who was a friend of God?
- What is special about God’s wonderful world?
This week the children began the week by learning about the creation story in R.E and how God made the world in 7 days. The children are currently enjoying the story 'Naughty Bus' which is our story focus in English. They did an amazing job at writing a description of a London bus. In maths, the children have been busy doubling numbers up to 10! Have a look at the children's living life in all it's fullness.
