Beech Class have had a very busy first few weeks and we have blown Mrs Smith away with our super learning. We have settled into the new routines of Year 2 really well and have been using our learning from last year to help us in our lessons.
Here are some photos of our learning from the first two weeks. We learned what the word 'collaborate' means and the children worked together to create their own collaboration pictures by folding a piece of paper in half. They could either draw halves of the same picture or draw different things to make a scene. The children also enjoyed playing some maths games to help us remember our learning from Year 1.
We hope that you all had a lovely summer and we can't wait for a year of new adventures together in Year 2.
