What does a plant need to grow?

This week in Fir, we have been thinking all about plants. We recapped how a plant is formed and the different names of each plant part. 

Next, we discussed what a plant needs to grow. We used Miss P's photographs to support us. 

Finally, we planted our own tiny sunflower seeds. We used the photographic instructions to support us and ensure we gave each seed what it needs. 

We hope they grow!
