This week we have been living 'Life in all its Fullness' with some super writing in Fir Class. We have been reading the story 'Stanley's Stick', which is about a little boy and all the adventures that he has with his stick. We used our senses and adjectives to describe the busy train station last week. This week we have been retelling the story using actions and drawing a story map to help us remember the important parts. We then retold the important parts of the story using the pictures to help us remember. Our focus in this session was to try and make our sentences more detailed by using the conjuctions 'and', 'but', 'so' or 'because'.
