Wonderful writing in Willow Class!
Thank you to the parents and carers who came to the writing workshop on Wednesday. It was lovely to share with you the amazing progress the children are making and what they are working towards. I will attach the hand out sheet that explains what they are working towards and how to help at home on a separate post.
This week, the children have been working hard to write a simple captions such as ‘ cat in a hat’ and ‘pat a dog’. Using the sounds mats to help them, they all independently had a go!
Continuing with our Supertato theme, the children today made their own evil pea using paper plates and they had to think of a sentence that evil pea might say. They then wrote this is in a speech bubble. The children had lots of fun thinking of the different funny things Evil pea might say.
Have a look at the photos of the children 'Living Life in all its Fullness.'
