This week, in Evergreen class we have been 'Living Life In All Its Fullness' celebrating world book day. Evergreen class love to explore new and exciting books, and some children will write book reviews at home to encourage someone to read a book they have enjoyed themselves. Today, for world book day, we have had the wonderful opportunity to have been invited to The Oaks care home to read and share our books to the residents there. Evergreen class were amazing ambassadors for Holly Hill, displaying all our values. They showed care and patience to everyone that they read to, and the residents and staff commented on their behaviour and the positive interactions they had with the residents. I am beyond proud of everyone in Evergreen class. Your kind and gentle nature has really shone today!
We also got to wear our costumes of our favourite characters from a book and all looked amazing!
