Writing fit for a king
This week in Evergreen class we have been focussing on spelling. We have been trying to spell key story vocabulary and common exception words. The children have been putting a lot of effort into their work and this has really improved the quality of their writing.
We have been reading the story of Cinderella. First we read the story and retold it using pictures and actions. We then made our own word banks by thinking of important words from the story. Next we made a list of all the things we need to remember when we are writing a good story (it’s a lot to remember). Finally we wrote our stories and did a great job. We hope you enjoy them! After our hard work, we joined in with Cinderella and Prince Charming's celebrations with an invitation to the Royal engagement party.
