We have been learning about some animals that migrate. The children have been fascinated watching and waiting for our painted lady butterflies to emerge from their chrysalides. We are still waiting patiently. We learned that they will migrate south to warmer parts of the country. We have been reading Dear Greenpeace, a lovely story about an imaginary whale. We have drawn and painted whales and learned that they migrate from Antarctic regions to warmer waters near the equator. We even did puppet shows to show the whales migrating. Well done Blossom for living life in all its fullness.
