This week the children have been diving further into learning about the Artic and Antarctica. While living life in all its fullness, we have been exploring the magical phenomenon of the Aurora. The children loved looking at both the northern and southern lights and were fixated on how beautiful they were! They then had a go at making their own Auroras using a variety of different materials including glitter, chalk and card. This helped them to develop their Expressive Art & Design skills. They also enjoyed sharing their creations and explaining the process they used, which enhanced their oracy skills.
