This week, Living Life in all its Fullness, the children have been enjoying our new story Whatever Next! by Jill Murphy. They’ve been acting out their own space adventures, imagining their rockets, choosing where they would travel, and deciding what they might pack.
In maths, the children have been practising counting out a given amount. They rolled a dice and collected the matching number of toys to build their counting skills.
We also talked about how to be gentle with living things. The children looked closely at a plant, discussed what it needs to survive, and practised passing it around carefully.
