Due to the warm weather and hot temperatures in school in the afternoon we will close to ALL pupils at 1pm on Wednesday and Thursday. Children are able to wear their PE kit everyday this week.
Today, living life in all its fullness, Holly Hill held a Remembrance Service in our lovely prayer garden. Beech Class made a wreath and wrote a prayer based on facts that we'd learned earlier in the week. We'd learned that animals also took part in the war. We found out that dogs helped injured soldiers, pigeons carried messages and even elephants from zoos helped to move heavy machinery! We made our wreath using the colour purple to remember what they did for us.
