Bishops Wood
4th Jul 2024
Today we visited Bishops Wood. The children had a wonderful time exploring nature. We started of our visit by collecting different creatures in the woods. The children found beetles, centipedes, slugs and lots of ants. We then moved onto running through the beautiful meadow catching butterflies and moths. The children did a fantastic job sharing their nets with their partners and practicing our value of patience. After the meadow we moved onto pond dipping. The children expressed that this was their favourite activity because they found a newt! They all had an incredible time on the trip and have said they would love to visit again. Check them out living life in all its fullness below!
