Today we had an amazing adventure at Bishops Wood! The children eagerly explored the outdoors, starting by hunting for fascinating creatures in the woods. They discovered beetles, centipedes, slugs and countless busy ants crawling around their habitat. They 'Lived Life in all it's Fullness' racing through the meadow, chasing butterflies and spotting moths fluttering all around. The children showed brilliant teamwork, sharing their nets and practising patience with their partners.
The excitement continued when they took part in a pond dipping activity, which quickly became everyone’s favourite part of the day! They were so excited to see a newt swimming among the reeds! It was a magical moment that had everyone beaming with joy. We all had a fantastic time on the trip and cannot wait to come back for another adventure next year.
