This week in Maths the nursery children have enjoyed learning all about capacity and the key capacity vocabulary for the Early Years Foundation Stage, starting with the basics of full, empty and half full. We also looked at ordering amounts using language from least to most.
The children then had a go at independently choosing which container was full, half full and empty and matched it to the picture.
Well done children, you did so well considering this was our first time looking at capacity!
