This week Fir Class have been living ‘Life in all if Fullness’ across the whole curriculum. Here are some snapshots of the super learning that we have done:
- In art we have continued to learn about the sculptor Amy Meya and the inspiration she took from nature. We went out onto the playground to collect natural objects such as leaves. We then did some leaf rubbings using crayons and made some imprints on playdough.
- In History/geography we have continued learn about John Wesley. We recapped on the different compass points and talked about the direction that he travelled in when he moved around the UK teaching people about God. We then made our own small world John Wesley, who we take on a journey across the UK in our next lesson.
- In PE we have been getting ready for Sport's Day with some extra running and relay practise.
