Due to the warm weather and hot temperatures in school in the afternoon we will close to ALL pupils at 1pm on Wednesday and Thursday. Children are able to wear their PE kit everyday this week.
It was a beautiful warm sunny day when we went to visit the farm. The children were excited on the coach looking out the window for signs of the farm. Our first activity was a tractor ride with farmer Jim. We saw some interesting animals and got to hold a deer’s horn! The children enjoyed feeding the goats and pigs, but we had to beware of the monkeys as they could bite. Finally we met Bob the tortoise, Matilda the rabbit and a week old chick. Before we knew it it was time to get back on the bus to head back to school.
