Healthy Choices

In Year 1, we have been thinking about our bodies and how we can make choices to help them be the best they can be. We have learned all about our skeleton, as well as the names of different parts of our body.

This week, we have been thinking about healthy and unhealthy foods in Science and DT. We have sorted different foods and talked about whether or not they were healthy choices. We have even learned a song about eating 5 fruits and vegetables a day in Music.

All of our learning made sure we could help Boris the Robot make healthy choices - we drew some pictures of Boris and helped him organise healthy and unhealthy foods in his tummy. Take a look!
