This week, our value is ‘gentleness.’ During our class reflection time, we talked about ways of being gentle.
The children were able to say that they could demonstrate gentleness in the following ways: handling things carefully; using a quiet voice; using good manners; not hurting each other; being kind and moving around sensibly.
They then enjoyed role-playing different scenarios to show how they could be gentle.
