Due to the warm weather and hot temperatures in school in the afternoon we will close to ALL pupils at 1pm on Thursday. Children are able to wear their PE kit everyday this week.
In Nursery we introduce children to writing through many different mark making activities, music and movement. It is important for the children to strengthen the muscles in their fingers, hands, arms and shoulders to support writing. Using sticky kids and dough disco activities to music, we build these muscles. We then give the children many different opportunities to experiment with making marks, both indoors and outdoors. The children are really developing their skills and have been drawing some lovely pictures and have been having a go at writing their names.
