This week we have been 'Living Life in all it's Fullness' and exploring measurement. We have discussed how height is how far something goes towards the ceiling and length is how far along the ground. We experimented measuring using non-standard measures by using cubes and we made our own measuring hands. Then we used rulers and had to remember the two rules. Always start at 1 and make sure the ruler is at the beginning of the object. We have also started to explore weight. We investigated using balance scales to explore the mass of different objects. We worked out which objects were lighter and which were heavier. We then added more objects to see how the scales changed.
